We are so happy you have decided to play our award-winning courses, Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs. To ensure you have the perfect Cabot experience, there are just a few things to consider when finalizing your Cape Breton golf getaway.
Lodge Cancellation Policy
50% of your total accommodation fees inclusive of the taxes and surcharges will be due at the time of booking. There is no penalty for cancellation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. Within the 60 day window, you would forfeit your initial deposit. 30 days prior to arrival, a second deposit for the remaining balance will be processed and this is non refundable. Any cancellations within the 30 day window will result in the forfeiture of the full accommodation charges inclusive of taxes and surcharges.
Resort Guest Golf Bookings
For all golf bookings and associated services, there is no advance deposit required at time of booking. We require 72 hours advance notice for cancellations. Any tee times cancelled within the 72-hour period will be charged to your guest account at full rate. Any accepted Caddie requests cancelled within the 24-hour period require caddie fees to be paid out to caddie.
Non-Resort Guest Golf Bookings
Non-Resort Tee Times may be booked 30 days in advance, and all green fees are due at time of booking. All golf-only reservations are non-refundable at the time of booking.
Weather Cancellation Policy
The course only shuts down in the event of lightning. While we won’t refund a round due to rainy weather as playing with the elements is a big part of links golf, we will try our best to accommodate by rearranging tee times on the day.
