Caddie Services
Caddies at Cabot Cape Breton are expertly trained and as such, offer invaluable insight with regard to pin placements, yardage, strategy, club selection, and, last but not least, moral support! In order to maximize your chance of securing a caddie for your round, we recommend booking your caddie at the same time you book your round and lodging.
Class A Caddies – $90 plus gratuity/per bag – Carry your bag and provide assistance with alignment, club selection, yardages, pin placement, and putting. Double and single bag caddies are available.
Class B Caddies – $60 plus gratuity/per bag – Carry your bag.
Group Caddies – $120 plus gratuity/per group – Provide course knowledge for your entire group (but will not tend to an individual golfer’s clubs).
Caddies are independent contractors and are paid in cash directly at time of service/completion of the round. Caddie fees are not included in green fees.
Medical Carts
If you require a cart for medical reasons, we do have a few on hand. Just be sure to book the cart well in advance, as we have a limited number of carts available. (Booking the cart at the same time you book your round and lodging is ideal). A medical certificate is required and a caddie must drive the cart.
Walking Golf
Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs are walking-only courses. It’s how the game was played hundreds of years ago in the sport’s humble beginnings, and it’s the best way to get the true links golf experience. Feeling the turf under your feet as you walk towards your ball, thinking about your next shot, and taking in the coastal vistas is an experience that cannot be matched in a power cart. It’s golf the way it’s meant to be played.
